BITEXCO FINANCIAL TOWER, HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM

Designed to represent Vietnam's national flower, the lotus, the 262 m tower took around $220 million to build and was completed in 2010. The skyscraper has a helipad on the 52nd floor and an observation deck on the 47th floor.
